Atelier Excellence was founded by the meeting of two luxury and leadership experts: Didier P\u00e9rin and S\u00e9bastien Farron. Together, they bring over forty years of experience within iconic brands such as Rolex, Chopard, Omega, LVMH, and Richemont. <\/p>

From this alliance, a common vision emerged. Their objective was simple: to integrate the precision, craftsmanship, and culture of excellence inherent in Swiss-Made into the core of modern leadership. <\/p>

Today, Atelier Excellence supports leaders and teams in several countries. Their approach combines the rigor of Swiss management with the human depth of transformational coaching. From Biel to Shanghai, from Geneva to New York, his journey across 44 countries illustrates a strong conviction: sustainable value creation arises from the intersection of passion, vision, and performance.<\/p>
