Our Story
Atelier Excellence was founded by the meeting of two luxury and leadership experts: Didier Périn and Sébastien Farron. Together, they bring over forty years of experience within iconic brands such as Rolex, Chopard, Omega, LVMH, and Richemont.
From this alliance, a common vision emerged. Their objective was simple: to integrate the precision, craftsmanship, and culture of excellence inherent in Swiss-Made into the core of modern leadership.
Today, Atelier Excellence supports leaders and teams in several countries. Their approach combines the rigor of Swiss management with the human depth of transformational coaching. Through this combination, they foster effective, authentic, and sustainable leadership.

With over twenty years of experience serving major luxury groups – Swatch Group, Richemont, LVMH, and Kering – as well as exceptional houses such as Rolex and Audemars Piguet, Sébastien Farron now applies his expertise in marketing, sales, and international development to foster brand growth and value.
From Biel to Shanghai, from Geneva to New York, his journey across 44 countries illustrates a strong conviction: sustainable value creation arises from the intersection of passion, vision, and performance.
Through Atelier Excellence, which he co-founded, he supports companies in their strategic and managerial transformations, combining Swiss precision, global perspective, and demanding creativity.

Didier Périn, a certified executive coach and international trainer, guides leaders and organizations through profound transformations, combining the exacting standards of Swiss-Made with the science of human performance. Inspired by Swiss watchmaking expertise and the mental preparation of elite athletes, his approach is precise, tailor-made, and profoundly human.
With over twenty years of experience within iconic Houses such as Rolex and Chopard, he has trained and coached over 2,400 professionals in sixteen countries, combining rigor, emotional intelligence, and measurable impact.
An expert in transformational leadership, influential communication, and performance, he helps leaders and brands generate sustainable human and financial impact by combining power, clarity, and excellence.
