Atelier Excellence was founded by two luxury and leadership experts, Didier Périn and Sébastien Farron, who bring over forty years of experience from prestigious brands such as Rolex, Chopard, Omega, LVMH, and Richemont.
From this alliance emerged a vision: to translate the precision, expertise, and culture of excellence inherent in Swiss-Made into the art of leadership.

With over twenty years of experience serving major luxury groups – Swatch Group, Richemont, LVMH, and Kering – as well as exceptional houses such as Rolex and Audemars Piguet, Sébastien Farron now applies his expertise in marketing, sales, and international development to foster brand growth and value.
From Biel to Shanghai, from Geneva to New York, his journey across 44 countries illustrates a strong conviction: sustainable value creation arises from the intersection of passion, vision, and performance.
Through Atelier Excellence, which he co-founded, he supports companies in their strategic and managerial transformations, combining Swiss precision, global perspective, and demanding creativity.
